Atlas Edibles is a Berkeley, California cannabis food company founded in 2017 by chef Ezra Malmuth. It makes infused granola bites and powdered drink mixes, and sells under the line "Elevate Your Experience and Go Places."
Granola Bites
The Granola Bites line runs four flavors, each labeled 100 milligrams of THC and under 2 milligrams of CBD per package. Lemon Blueberry combines lemon caramel and ginger with toasted almonds, wild blueberries and poppy seeds. Caramel Cashew sets caramel against cayenne heat, toasted cashews and dried California apricots. Dark Chocolate carries toasted hazelnuts, pecans, dried currants, cinnamon and salt. Mexican Chocolate builds on chilies, warm spices, puffed rice and toasted pumpkin seeds. Atlas lists Lemon Blueberry and Caramel Cashew as sativa dominant, Dark Chocolate and Mexican Chocolate as indica dominant.
Alta drink mix
Alta is a powdered THC beverage mix sold in Super Sour Watermelon, Classic Lemonade, Peach Iced Tea and Pomegranate Green Tea. Each package carries 100 milligrams of THC across ten servings of 10 milligrams, with under 2 milligrams of CBD per serving, and is prepared by adding water.
Single-serve drinks
Atlas also sells single-serve powders under the names Sleep, Restore, Happy and Play. Sleep is a chamomile and mint formula at 7 milligrams CBN, 5 milligrams CBD and under 2 milligrams THC. Restore is lemon ginger, Happy is pomegranate green tea and Play is raspberry and hibiscus; each carries 10 milligrams of CBD and 5 milligrams of THC per serving.
Ingredients
Atlas describes its sourcing as ingredients that are natural, organic and gluten-free, ethically and locally sourced, and built on full-spectrum cannabis extracts. Allergens differ by flavor: several granola recipes carry tree nuts, seeds or dried fruit.
Competition record
Atlas Edibles took first place in the Edibles — Sweet category at the 2019 Emerald Cup with its cannabis-infused granola clusters, entered from Alameda County.
