The California Department of Cannabis Control's recall record identifies the legal business as Emerald Bay Wellness, doing business as Emerald Bay Extracts, with distribution license C11-0000655-LIC and manufacturing license DCC-10002192. Nevada City's authorized-business list also records Emerald Bay Wellness for ethanol extraction and distribution at 138 New Mohawk Road. Those records establish regulated-market identity more clearly than a generic “licensed” badge.
RSO tablets and syringes
The core product is full-spectrum RSO rather than distillate or isolated cannabinoids. Tablets are scored so a single unit can be divided into smaller portions, while syringes provide the oil in its traditional format. Current batch documents show multiple cultivar and potency configurations. Buyers should rely on the exact package and matching certificate of analysis, not assume that every RSO item has the same cannabinoids or dose.
Tinctures, SLĒP and testing
The company also lists tinctures and a sleep-positioned SLĒP line. It says products are made in small batches, sourced from family farms, contain no added flavor or sugar in the RSO format and are tested three times with a COA for each batch. On July 1, 2025, the California DCC published a voluntary recall for an Emerald Bay Extracts tablet because cannabinoid potency was inaccurately labeled. The agency identified the product as adulterated and misbranded and advised affected consumers to check package UID and batch information, return or dispose of a matching product, and contact a physician for symptoms or adverse reactions. This is a material safety and accuracy event.

California State Fair coverage documents Emerald Bay Extracts among recent wellness winners, and 2025 awards coverage identifies a Glitter Bomb product placement. In July 2026, the Sacramento Bee reported that Super Lemon Haze RSO Tablets won the California Cannabis Awards Golden Bear for wellness. Awards identify judged products and years; they do not erase the separate 2025 labeling recall or apply to every SKU.
