The 2022 asset acquisition
Halo announced another transaction in January 2022 involving substantial operating assets of Pistil Point Oregon, Pistil Point California, and related entities. The release discussed cannabis licenses, intellectual property, equipment, and other assets. It positioned the deal as part of Halo's vertical-integration strategy. Because the source is a company announcement, its projections and strategic language should be read as management claims made when the acquisition was disclosed, not as confirmation of later performance. The two releases are useful transaction evidence because they name the parties and describe the assets at the time, but neither is a 2026 operating certificate.
What can still be said
Historical retailer and directory pages associate Pistil Point with flower and pre-roll products, and an archived public identity connects the name to Portland. Those secondary references help explain how consumers may remember the label, but stale listings cannot verify present inventory or an operating company. The surviving logo in the High Rise record may preserve historical identity, yet its publication rights and current brand authorization have not been established.
