2024 Smoakland transaction
Smoakland announced a 2024 acquisition of Sublime's manufacturing operation, employees and license. However, Marijuana Business Daily later corrected its reporting to state that the Fuzzies brand was not part of the transaction. That correction makes any simple claim that Smoakland owns Fuzzies unreliable.
Current status and availability
Sublime's original consumer site is offline and a verified current statewide SKU or retailer ledger was not found. The manufacturing assets may continue under Smoakland while Fuzzies ownership is separately unresolved in public sources. A licensed retailer package and California license lookup are needed to establish who currently made a specific item.
