Who Makes It
Summit Boys have produced California concentrates since 2016, originally under Prop 215, and are known for The Original White Caviar. Their catalog is hydrocarbon-based throughout — caviar badder and batter, crumble, sugar, diamonds, crystalline, and sauce — and they hold 14 awards from the 2019 Bay Area Cannabis Cup, including Best Product and Hybrid Concentrate.
How It's Made
Sugar is a crystallization texture: cannabinoids nucleate inside the extract and build a grainy, wet-sand body instead of a smooth one. Agitation at lower temperature and pressure encourages it, and un-winterized extracts crystallize on their own with age — so a sugared jar can be intentional or simply mature.
It isn't diamonds; diamonds are grown slowly in a retained terpene liquid and sold with it, where sugar is fine crystal distributed through the whole extract. As a hydrocarbon product, the residual-solvent result on the COA is the check that matters.
