BottleRock Napa Valley returns to the Napa Valley Expo from Friday, May 28 through Sunday, May 30, 2027. The three-day festival lands on Memorial Day weekend, as it usually does, and mixes live music with Napa Valley food, wine, beer and cocktails. The organizer bills it as more than 75 bands across five music stages, plus star chefs and celebrities on its Culinary Stage.
Dates and hours
The festival runs May 28–30, 2027. The organizer's current Festival Information page lists doors opening at 11:30 a.m. and the last act ending at 10 p.m. Check the official site and BottleRock App for the 2027 performance schedule and any updates.
Lineup
The 2027 lineup has not been announced. BottleRock's ticket page notes that presales take place before the lineup announcement and offer three-day tickets only, so early buyers commit to the weekend before they know who is playing.
Recent editions show the scale of the booking. Stevie Nicks, Megan Thee Stallion, Pearl Jam and Ed Sheeran headlined in 2024. Green Day, Justin Timberlake, Ice Cube and Noah Kahan topped the 2025 bill, and Lorde, Foo Fighters, LCD Soundsystem and Backstreet Boys led 2026.
Food, wine and the Culinary Stage
Food is half the pitch. Vendors include Napa Valley winemakers, chefs and restaurants, and wine cabanas sit near the two main stages so you don't have to choose between a pour and a set. The Beer Bend offers a long list of brews and a shaded patch of grass. The Culinary Stage puts star chefs and celebrities together for cooking segments between sets. Guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol.
Tickets
BottleRock lists six ticket tiers. General Admission and VIP come as three-day or one-day passes. Skydeck and Platinum by Prudential are three-day only. The Marriott Bonvoy American Express VIP Viewing Suite is offered as a three-day or one-day pass, and The Suites by Workday are built for groups of 40–60.
VIP, Skydeck, Platinum and Suites holders get an exclusive area with extra shaded seating, bars, more food vendors and live performances. Three-day GA holders get in-and-out privileges. Three-day buyers also get first access to buy up to six GA tickets for the 2028 festival during a renewal presale.
BottleRock's official ticketing site currently shows no tickets on sale for 2027, and prices have not been posted. Watch the official ticket page for the next release.
Getting there and entry
The Napa Valley Expo sits at 575 3rd Street in Napa. BottleRock's info page lists free Napa Valley VINE Transit rides and BottleRock Buses among its transportation options, along with bike parking and on-site parking. Every guest and every bag is searched on each entry, and confiscated or surrendered items are not held or returned. Inside, the grounds have water stations, lockers and free Wi-Fi from Cisco.
History
BottleRock launched in May 2013 at the Napa Valley Expo, and the first edition drew more than 120,000 attendees. Latitude 38 Entertainment produces the festival, which has run every year since, apart from a break in 2020. Memorial Day weekend has become its home slot, and the 2027 edition keeps it there.
