The Emjays Official Afterparty brings cannabis industry awards night to StarBase in Las Vegas on Thursday, December 3, 2026. The organizer lists a 7 p.m. opening for the evening at 3905 West Diablo Drive. Afterparty ticket holders can enter when the venue opens, with full access to the party following the awards ceremony. The event is for guests 21 and older with valid government-issued photo ID.
Farechild's event is part of the MJBizCon week gathering and follows the Emjays Awards Show. The awards recognize the brands, companies and individuals working across the cannabis industry. The afterparty provides the evening's social setting, bringing attendees together around music, interactive sponsor activations and an immersive venue after the formal recognition programme.
For 2026, the Emjays moves into StarBase with an intergalactic theme. The organizer describes a setting with full bars, experiences throughout the venue and DJs continuing the celebration after the ceremony. The appeal is the combination of an industry awards audience and a dedicated nightlife programme, with room to explore the venue and meet other guests between activations.
Two ticket types serve different plans for the evening. The $30 Afterparty Only Ticket includes admission to the official afterparty. Holders are admitted when doors open to all guests, but that ticket does not give access to the designated Awards Show area while the ceremony is taking place. Once the show concludes, afterparty holders receive full venue access for the experiences, sponsor activations and entertainment.
The $50 Awards Show Standing Room Ticket includes both the ceremony and the official afterparty. It gives access to a designated standing area during the awards; seating is reserved for Emjays nominees. If seeing the presentations is part of your plan, this is the ticket that includes that access. Ticketing fees may be added at checkout, and both options require guests to meet the event's age and ID rules.
Green Rebates is the announced title sponsor. The event listing also names Nebula Scientific and Dr. Zodiak's Moonrock as Valley View sponsors. These partnerships sit within the event's broader programme of interactive brand experiences, giving guests specific companies to look for as they move through StarBase during the evening.
The awards behind the celebration combine public voting with an industry judging panel. The Emjays describes a process that considers company reputation, online presence and consumer sentiment, then combines panel evaluation with public votes. Its published rules also exclude main and title sponsors from competing. That context gives the evening a focus beyond the party itself: recognition for work across the cannabis business.
StarBase is an entertainment and event space on West Diablo Drive, separate from the MJBizCon convention floor. Its own venue programme spans live performances, entertainment experiences and social receptions. For this evening, the Emjays is using that setting for the awards and the connected afterparty, so your ticket choice determines which portions of the programme you can access.
Choose the afterparty ticket for the post-awards gathering or the standing-room option for the full awards-and-party experience. Bring the required photo ID and plan around the 7 p.m. opening. The December event uses Las Vegas local time, Pacific Standard Time. The afterparty follows the ceremony, allowing the formal programme and the celebration to unfold within the same venue.
