Flower Expo New York 2027

Date: 2027-03-31T10:00:00-04:00

Location: 99 Scott Studio, 99 Scott Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11237

Organizer: Flower Expo

Flower Expo New York 2027 brings its two-day cannabis trade-show format to 99 Scott Studio in Brooklyn on March 31 and April 1. The event connects plant-touching brands with licensed dispensary buyers and other industry professionals from across New York. Both days run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a programme designed around focused business conversations rather than a general-public consumer festival.

The two days serve different parts of the retail community. Day One centers on retail decision-makers and exhibitors; Day Two welcomes budtenders from around the state. This structure gives brands a setting to speak with people responsible for purchasing and store operations, then connect with the staff who introduce products to customers. Industry networking and direct brand-to-buyer exchanges are the show’s central attraction.

The venue is 99 Scott Studio at 99 Scott Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11237. Its indoor-outdoor setting provides room for exhibitors and attendees. The organizer’s programme includes the trade-show floor, SESHES speaker panels and designated consumption areas. Outdoor consumption is subject to venue policy; the event combines professional meetings and educational sessions with spaces for social interaction between industry peers.

Flower Expo is strictly business-to-business and limited to adults aged 21 and older. Industry G.A. purchasers must work in cannabis or an adjacent ancillary industry, and individual purchases are reviewed. Unqualified purchasers may have their passes refunded. This is a private, invitation-only industry event, so a ticket purchase is not a substitute for meeting the organizer’s professional eligibility requirements.

Qualified decision-makers at licensed New York dispensaries may be eligible for complimentary two-day admission. The current ticket FAQ identifies buyers, general managers and owners among those decision-makers. Qualified budtenders and other dispensary staff may be eligible for complimentary Day Two admission. Both groups apply through the organizer’s retailer application instead of buying an Industry G.A. ticket intended for other professionals.

The published Day Two Industry G.A. pass is $249.99 before fees, with the live ticket interface showing a $17.10 fee and a $267.09 total. It is valid for Thursday, April 1 only. The organizer also describes limited two-day Industry G.A. applications at $599.99 on a case-by-case basis, with that application option marked coming soon rather than generally available for immediate purchase.

Prospective exhibitors follow a separate route. The organizer directs brands to its Exhibitor Interest Form, after which a team member contacts the applicant with next steps. Media representatives also apply through Flower Expo rather than automatically purchasing a general-admission pass. These separate registration paths keep the exhibition, buyer, budtender and media audiences connected to the roles they hold in the industry.

Industry G.A. purchasers who are veterans or first responders can request the organizer’s 15 percent discount by emailing ops@theflowerexpo.com with the required identification. The ticket page lists a no-refund policy. For dispensary employees, start with the complimentary-admission application; for other qualified industry professionals, confirm whether the Day Two pass or a limited two-day option fits the meetings and sessions you want to attend.

Flower Expo’s New York programme is built around bringing brands and buyers into the same room, with two distinct days of retail networking. Its 2026 New York edition drew more than 40 brands and representatives of over 260 licensed dispensaries, according to the organizer’s recap. The 2027 event expands that model into a two-day Brooklyn edition, offering a direct setting for product discovery and professional relationships.
