The International Cannabis Business Conference returns to Estrel Berlin from Tuesday, April 13 to Thursday, April 15, 2027. ICBC Berlin is a B2B conference and expo for the European cannabis market, with Germany at the center. Expect an expo floor, two days of speaker sessions, buyer meetups and a VIP reception across three days in Neukölln.
What ICBC Berlin is
ICBC, led by CEO and executive producer Alex Rogers, builds the Berlin show around the business of cannabis in Europe. The organizer expects 7,500+ attendees from 80+ countries, plus 500+ exhibitors and sponsors across more than 25,000 square meters of space.
The program follows the markets ICBC tracks: medical cannabis prescription levels and the domestic industry in Germany, the UK, Switzerland's move toward adult-use legalization, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. If your company works in European cultivation, distribution, retail or licensing, this is where those conversations happen face to face.
Schedule and hours
Tuesday, April 13 is a soft open. Pre-registration runs 2:00–9:00 PM so you can collect your badge early, and the VIP Welcome Reception runs 7:30–9:30 PM.
Wednesday, April 14 is the main day. Registration opens at 7:00 AM, and the expo and speaker sessions both run 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. The after party follows from 9:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
Thursday, April 15 brings the expo and speaker sessions back from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, with registration open from 8:00 AM. That leaves the final afternoon for one more round of meetings before everyone heads home.
Tickets and prices
Tickets for 2027 are on sale now in three tiers, each priced plus 19% German VAT. Expo Only is €299 and covers the exhibitor areas and networking lounges on April 14–15. Expo & Speaker Sessions is €399 and adds every speaker session across both days. The VIP Ticket is €499 and adds the VIP Reception at the ICBC Garden lounge on Tuesday, April 13, 7:30–9:30 PM.
ICBC says buying now saves €150, with prices rising on November 18. Add-ons sit on top of any ticket: the VIP Welcome Reception and the After Party are €100 each, and the Pharmacy Meetup and Social Clubs Meetup are €150 each.
Free tickets for buyers
ICBC offers free tickets to German cannabis pharmacies, German social clubs and European grow shops. That puts the people placing orders on the same floor as the brands and suppliers selling to them. Eligible businesses can claim their free tickets through the ICBC registration page.
Venue
Estrel Berlin is a hotel and convention venue at Sonnenallee 225, 12057 Berlin, in the Neukölln district. Because the conference runs inside the hotel, you can stay, meet and walk the expo without leaving the building. Check the official site for last-minute changes and hotel booking details.
