MJBizCon returns to the Las Vegas Convention Center December 1–4, 2026, for its 15th year as the cannabis industry's big B2B week. Operators, investors, brands, retailers and service providers from cultivation to retail fill Central Hall for four days of conference sessions, certifications, deal meetings and an expo floor with more than 800 exhibitors. It's also the first MJBizCon since the DEA moved state-licensed medical marijuana to Schedule III.
What the program covers
More than 200 speakers work through what rescheduling changes for investment, taxes, banking, cultivation, clinical research and the supply chain. Tracks include cultivation business, retail marketing and operations, legislative and legal insights with a focus on 280E, and pharmaceutical and clinical research. Sessions range from AI in the grow to international policy, so build your schedule before you land.
The expo floor is organized into four neighborhoods: cultivation; retail and dispensary; business services; and processing, packaging and lab services. The MJBizCon Innovation Awards spotlight exhibitor products and technology, and expanded Hosted Buyer and Retail Buyer programs, plus a new partnership with Grow World, bring more purchasing decision-makers onto the floor.
Day by day
Tuesday, December 1, is pre-show day. Registration opens at 7:00 AM, Pre-Show Certifications run 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Associations Day brings trade groups and advocacy organizations together from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. The Investment and Liquidity Summit and VC & CEO Mixer hosted by Poseidon run 3:00 to 7:30 PM for qualified investors, founders and deal makers.
Wednesday opens with a First Timers Open House at 8:00 AM, conference sessions from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and the Expo Hall from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, followed by the Achieving Equity in Cannabis networking event and a 5:00 PM happy hour. Thursday runs sessions from 10:00 AM, the expo until 5:00 PM and the Empowering Women in Cannabis networking event. Friday wraps with the expo closing at 3:00 PM.
Passes and pricing
There are no one-day passes. The Expo Only Pass starts at $299, Conference + Expo at $499 and the Full Access Pass at $599, which adds a Pre-Show Certification and both networking receptions. Those prices rise to $399, $549 and $699 after November 1. Groups of four to seven registering together get 25% off, groups of eight or more get 50% off, and all sales are final.
Certifications run $149 to $349 as add-ons, covering retail training, cannabis banking, public speaking, greenhouse climate control and cannabis law. Badge pickup is in the Grand Lobby outside Central Hall.
Plan the week
December in Las Vegas books fast. The official hotel block runs through EvolveCon powered by Hotelmap, with Resorts World as the featured hotel, and MJBizCon warns attendees to avoid third-party housing offers. This is a business event built around meetings and education, not product sampling, so bring a plan and plenty of cards.
