Dutchie, the leading technology platform powering dispensary operations and providing consumers safe, easy access to cannabis, is hiring an Account Executive for California. This work-from-home role (based in CA, with up to 50% in-state customer travel) owns the entire sales process end to end. Responsibilities include building and nurturing a strong sales pipeline, conducting compelling online and in-person demos, developing and executing a strategic territory plan to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, maintaining accurate customer and deal data in Salesforce, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless launches, and becoming an expert on the California cannabis market. The ideal candidate is driven, consultative, process-oriented, and emotionally intelligent. Requirements: must be based in California, a proven track record of consistent B2B sales success, strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration experience, strategic thinking, adaptability, and a growth mindset; SaaS industry experience is required, and cannabis or fintech experience is a plus.
