Parallel is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager for its dispensary operations. Parallel is one of the largest privately held, vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis operators in the U.S., operating as Surterra Wellness in Florida, NETA in Massachusetts, and goodblend in Texas. The Assistant Operations Manager maintains a strong presence on the sales floor to build relationships with customers, support and develop the team, and drive revenue. Core responsibilities include staff time management such as timekeeping and scheduling, organizing back-of-house areas, managing the supply budget, overseeing inventory and maintaining stock levels, and providing training to ensure all store processes align with Standard Operating Procedures, safe practices, cannabis product knowledge, and customer-service goals. The role blends people leadership with operational execution in a fast-paced retail dispensary environment, partnering with store leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly and compliantly. Ideal candidates bring retail operations or supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coach a team while balancing customer experience with back-of-house efficiency.
