Assistant General Manager, Cultivation

Connected Cannabis Co. is hiring an Assistant General Manager, Cultivation for its Merced grow. You'll work beside the Cultivation GM running day-to-day operations across propagation, cultivation, and harvest — coordinating production schedules, fertigation and IPM programs, Track-and-Trace protocols, and hands-on plant work from cloning to harvest. This is a leadership role that still gets its hands dirty. Connected wants 3+ years of cultivation or production management experience (cannabis not required, but plant knowledge is), expertise in indoor cultivation with automated climate-control systems, and flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends. Pay runs $30–$35 an hour with 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and employee discounts. Connected's proprietary genetics are the backbone of its reputation — helping run the rooms where they're grown is one of the more coveted cultivation seats in the Central Valley.
