Assistant General Manager, Retail

The Assistant General Manager, Retail supports the General Manager in running Connected Cannabis Co.'s Sacramento dispensary day to day and steps in as lead decision-maker in the GM's absence. You'll drive the team to hit KPIs, uphold SOPs and state compliance, and deliver a fast, customer-first experience with low wait times. Responsibilities include coaching and performance management, scheduling and labor coverage, merchandising execution in partnership with sales and inventory, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention. We're looking for candidates 21+ with 2 to 5 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience, strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, and a flexible schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour. It's a real leadership seat inside one of California's premier, genetics-driven cannabis brands.
