IPM Specialist

Connected Cannabis Co. is hiring an IPM Specialist to own integrated pest management at its Sacramento nursery and propagation facility. You'll run the whole program — scouting, spray applications, beneficial insect releases, product trials, chemical storage, SDS management, and audit-ready compliance records — protecting mother stock, clones, and young plants with minimal oversight. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday with weekend availability for urgent applications. Connected wants proven experience applying horticultural pesticides in a nursery, greenhouse, or cannabis environment, strong command of labels, dilution rates, PPE, and REI intervals, and the ability to pass a respirator fit test; an applicator license is preferred. Pay is $20–$25 an hour with 401(k) and full health coverage. Clean pest management is the quiet difference between top-shelf flower and a lost harvest — specialists who master it are cultivation royalty.
