Sr Manager, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Connected Cannabis Co. is hiring a Sr Manager, Compliance & Continuous Improvement at its Sacramento headquarters — a senior seat reporting to the General Counsel with oversight of regulatory, safety, and corporate compliance across California, Arizona, and Florida. You'll maintain the corporate compliance program, track cannabis licensing renewals and filings, coordinate regulatory submissions, investigate violations, train leadership on rule changes, and serve as internal project manager for expansion initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methods. Connected is looking for a BA/BS with 10–15 years in compliance management, deep knowledge of state and local cannabis regulations, and experience managing exempt and non-exempt teams. Salary runs $120,000–$150,000 annually with 401(k), full health coverage, and flexible scheduling.
