Store Lead

Store Lead is a first-level supervisor role at Connected Cannabis Co.'s Stockton dispensary, keeping frontline operations running while coaching the team toward strong results. You'll open and close the store, supervise budtenders and front-desk staff, manage cash handling and registers, oversee compliance SOPs, and act as manager-on-duty. Expect to train new hires, resolve customer issues, protect guests and assets, and stay current on evolving California cannabis regulations. Requirements: 21+, 1+ year of retail management preferred, 3+ years of customer service, a bachelor's degree or equivalent life experience, strong communication and de-escalation skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
