Store Sales Manager

Connected Cannabis Co. is hiring a Store Sales Manager for its Stockton dispensary — an on-the-floor coach and data-driven strategist charged with driving revenue inside California's tight regulatory lines. You'll own daily performance metrics like AOV, sales per hour, and new-customer acquisition, run opening and closing operations and cash handling, coach budtenders from order-takers into brand experts, and enforce a zero-error standard on ID checks and METRC tracking. Connected wants candidates 21+, with 2+ years of retail management and a documented record of beating sales targets, plus 1–2 years of leadership in retail, hospitality, or food service. Pay runs $26–$32 an hour with 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid vacation.
