WHAT THE ROLE COVERS
This is a weekend-shift cultivation position working directly on the grow floor. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Maintaining and mixing nutrient stock tanks from dry recipes; operating RO (reverse osmosis) water systems - Monitoring EC, PPM, pH, and water temperature in irrigation loops - Clone care: maintaining dome environments, tracking clone health, performing defoliation and trimming - Maintaining plants through the flower stage following lead/manager cultivation plans - Walking grow rooms at start and end of every shift; restocking common supplies; reporting anomalies
This is structured, SOP-driven work. Aeriz runs a tight operation and expects consistent execution from technicians.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to follow detailed cultivation SOPs and irrigation monitoring protocols - Basic understanding of plant biology or cannabis growth cycles (formal training not required, but curiosity is) - Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in an indoor grow environment - Reliable weekend availability — this role is specifically weekend-scheduled - Strong attention to detail; comfort with measurement-heavy tasks (EC/pH/PPM monitoring)
