Texas Original, the leading medical cannabis company in Texas, is hiring a full-time, on-site Dispensary Associate in South Austin. The Dispensary Associate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team while following strict protocols for accuracy and compliance. As a representative of Texas Original, the associate is often the first point of contact for patients and the face of the company, so exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities include engaging patients in a warm and welcoming manner, offering personalized recommendations and solutions, handling patient issues and complaints proactively and professionally, upholding inventory control, learning and executing point-of-sale systems, and daily compliance with dispensary policies including state and local regulations, security and access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules. This role supports Texas Original's mission to expand access to medical cannabis and help Texans find relief.
