## General Manager — Jushi (BEYOND / HELLO) | Santa Barbara, CA Jushi is hiring a General Manager for its Santa Barbara, California dispensary, operating under the BEYOND / HELLO retail banner. This is a full-service leadership role at one of the more active multi-state operators in the cannabis space — you're running the whole store, not just managing a section of it. ### What You're Actually Running As GM, you own the full P&L behavior of the dispensary: team hiring and development, inventory accuracy, compliance with California state regulations, cash handling, vendor relationships, and the customer/patient experience from the door to the register. Jushi expects its GMs to operate as the face of the brand in the local community while also executing at the systems level.
