Director, People Operations and Culture

Set people strategy and lead the People Operations function for Kiva’s companies from Alameda. This hybrid, full-time leadership role covers talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, rewards, payroll and benefits, workers’ compensation, compliance, and culture. The director partners with executives and functional teams to build consistent systems and a strong employee experience.
