Kiva Sales & Service is hiring a full-time Product Movement Specialist at its Alameda distribution hub to own inventory integrity for Northern California. The work: track ingoing and outgoing product, run daily cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, keep the ERP system current so every department can trust stock levels, inspect returned merchandise, and ensure proper labeling and compliance standards. Kiva is looking for two years of live inventory and WMS/ERP experience, forklift certification, and the organizational discipline to build better processes from scratch. The shift runs 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, at $20 an hour. In track-and-trace cannabis, inventory accuracy isn't back-office housekeeping — it's a compliance function, and the people who master it become indispensable to every licensed operation they touch.
