Texas Original (Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation) is hiring a Manufacturing Operator I at its Bastrop, Texas facility. The Manufacturing Operator I is responsible for producing high-quality medical cannabis products in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner. Primary responsibilities include executing specific assigned prep, production, packaging, inspection, and post-production tasks while maintaining strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company and regulatory standards. Day-to-day work includes operating filling and packaging machines and other production equipment, serving as a line inspector to ensure every product meets strict quality-control requirements, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness across department equipment, production areas, and tools. The role supports Texas Original's mission to create high-quality medical cannabis for patients who rely on safe, legal, and effective access. It is a hands-on production position suited to detail-oriented candidates comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment and following documented procedures closely.
