STIIIZY, the top-selling cannabis brand in the country, is hiring a Sales Director / Sales Manager for New York to lead, develop, and manage the state's sales organization while driving revenue growth, account penetration, retail execution, and operational discipline. The role owns territory strategy, team performance, top-account growth, field execution, AR management, forecasting, and promotional execution, plus cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Ops, and Production. Responsibilities include building a full market map, developing data-driven territory plans, riding in the field with the sales team at least twice weekly, conducting 1:1s, auditing top accounts for merchandising and menu accuracy, opening high-value new accounts, managing aged AR, and delivering weekly scorecards and revenue forecasts. Qualifications: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in cannabis (CPG considered), proven ability to coach and hold teams accountable, strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills, excellent communication, and a valid driver's license with ability to travel statewide. This is a hybrid, full-time position.
