    We do not accept returns of any kind unless your item is damaged. You must send us photo of damaged item within 48 hours of receiving it.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Shipping Policy
    We generally ship within 3-5 days of receiving an order.

    DO NOT FORGET your apartment or address number if you have one. If address is not supplied to us correctly we are not responsible for lost packages or re-shipments. In case of re-shipment BUYER is to pay shipping cost.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
