Where It Comes From
Flower Mill built its whole catalog around one departure from the standard grinder: a milling plate instead of a tooth ring. Every model in the line uses it, from the 2-inch pocket version up to the Pro. The Pro Series is the newest and largest platform, with a deeper housing and ring, a redesigned plate locking system, and a lifetime warranty behind it.
What It Actually Does
The plate does the work. Material passes through it rather than getting torn apart, so you get consistent particle size without the packed, brick-like clumps a dull toothed grinder produces. Plates are swappable and quick to change: the Pro ships with the #3 Medium, and #1 Extra Fine through #6 Coarse XL cover everything from fine vape loads to coarse pre-roll prep.
Capacity is the reason the Pro exists. It takes up to 7 grams per load and moves more than 1,000 grams an hour, which is rolling-table and production territory rather than personal use. The #1 and #2 plates have chamfered bottoms to help material pass through and cut down on clumping.
