Buddies’ California operations are associated with Shasta Lake and the earlier Tetra Labs business. Its current legal footprint is clearer than the corporate genealogy: the company publishes license numbers for California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada, and maintains state-specific product catalogs.
Vape-oil families
100% Live Resin is described as fresh-frozen whole-plant extract without distillate or cutting agents. 100% Cured Resin begins with cured indoor flower. Premium Cannabis Oil + CDT combines refined cannabis oil with cannabis-derived terpenes, while Premium Sauce Blend combines live-resin high-terpene extract, cannabis-derived terpenes and premium cannabis oil.
The Flavor Infused line is materially different: Buddies says it uses plant-derived terpenes that are not sourced from cannabis and offers more than 20 flavors. That distinction matters because broad homepage phrases such as “100% cannabis products” or “no additives” do not accurately describe every line in the same way. The ingredient panel on the specific package is the controlling source.
Dabs, ingestibles, topicals and pre-rolls
The wider catalog includes diamonds-and-sauce and terp-sugar concentrates, infused pre-rolls, tinctures, softgels and Fire & Ice topicals. The softgel range has included RSO and premium-cannabis-oil formulations. Buddies’ FAQ says its softgel shell contains bovine gelatin, so those products should not be described as vegan. It also confirms that the company’s live resin is made using butane extraction.

The company’s itemized award archive includes first place for Melon Gum in the flavored-distillate category at the 2024 NW Leaf Bowl; a 2024 High Times Best Topical result for Fire & Ice in California; third place for the Mt.
