Good Day Farm is a Little Rock, Arkansas cannabis company that grows, manufactures and sells its own flower, pre-rolls, vapes, blunts and gummies through a chain of company dispensaries. It dates to 2020, chief executive Terry Fitch is one of its founders, and its motto runs "Good people, good cannabis, good day."
The store map kept growing into 2026. The company's dispensary site lists 33 stores across Arkansas, Missouri and Louisiana, including 21 in Missouri, where seven locations carry a new-location flag.
A Coca-Cola and hydroponics résumé
Fitch came to cannabis from beverages and grow gear. He spent more than 20 years at Coca-Cola Enterprises and the Coca-Cola Company, leading domestic and international marketing, sales and finance. He then built and managed hydroponic operations in Colorado and Arkansas and served as president of Hydrofarm Holdings Group.
His cannabis chapter opened in Colorado shortly after recreational sales began there in 2014, when he led a cultivation operation called SuperFarm. At Good Day Farm, Alex Gray serves as chief strategy officer and president of sales, and MJBizDaily named John Davis as the company's president in June 2024.
Two launches in one week of 2023
Early 2023 set the pace. Good Day Farm launched its first medical cannabis sales in Mississippi, and seven days later, at 9 a.m. on February 3, 2023, it opened all 19 of its Missouri dispensaries to adult-use customers on the state's first day of adult-use sales.
To handle the switch, the company hired 200 more employees and added check-in kiosks and iPad ordering, Cannabis Business Times reported. It was growing at a 106,000-square-foot cultivation facility in Columbia, Missouri. Ryan Herget, then head of retail, told the magazine that a relentless focus on the consumer and the end product set Good Day apart.
Product news followed. MO Greenway covered the Missouri release of Super J's infused pre-rolls on May 15, 2023, and named Good Day Farm its Company of the Year on February 21, 2024.
A house of labels from Super J's to Southern Sweets
The Good Day Farm line itself covers flower, gummies, vapes and pre-rolls. Around it sits a stack of sub-brands, each built around one format:
- Super J's: infused pre-rolls in singles or multi-packs.
- ALCHEMIX: vape pens with magnetic hardware.
- TANK: value-priced cartridges.
- ICE VII: flower coated in THCa crystals, plus melted THCa diamond vapes.
- Highway Hotel: a flower line built on tried-and-true strains.
- High Bites Sours: multi-dose gummies.
- Southern Sweets: blunts rolled in herbal wraps with glass tips.
The homepage portfolio also lists Trainer. In its February 2025 Little Rock announcement, Good Day Farm counted more than 200 products and more than 50 gummy flavors across the catalog.
Canopy, kitchens and 2,200 employees
Good Day Farm runs cultivation, manufacturing and retail under one name. In February 2025 it counted six manufacturing facilities, nearly 1,000,000 square feet of production and cultivation space, 150,000 square feet of flowering canopy and more than 2,200 employees.
The same announcement opened a Little Rock flagship with an interactive flower bar, online shopping and in-store kiosks. Fitch said the store serves the Little Rock community the company calls home. In Louisiana, a flagship medical dispensary in Lake Charles had opened in December 2024, KPLC reported.
Louisiana licenses and a 2024 raise
MJBizDaily reported in June 2024 that Louisiana had transferred the state's two medical cannabis cultivation licenses from public universities to Good Day Farm. The same report listed Reid Dove as an owner and board member of Good Day Farm Arkansas, the licensed Arkansas cultivator.
The report also tracked a funding round. Company executives were raising $65.6 million through NOLA PharmaHoldings, a Louisiana corporation with an Arkansas mailing address, and a May 2024 SEC filing showed $48.1 million raised. Louisiana, Arkansas, Florida, New York and Texas were named as targets, and Gray led NOLA PharmaHoldings as chief executive.
Last Prisoner Project and Sprinkle Season
Good Day Farm is an advocate-level partner of the Last Prisoner Project and backs cannabis criminal justice reform. It also partners with Realm of Caring, which receives annual donations through Sprinkle Season, an October campaign built around the Slurty Sprinkles strain.
The 2026 store map
Arkansas has six stores: two in Little Rock, on Cantrell Road and Chenal Parkway, plus Hensley, Monticello, Van Buren and a stateline store in Texarkana. Louisiana has six more, in Bossier City, Jennings, Lake Charles, Natchitoches, Shreveport and Sulphur.
Missouri carries the weight with 21. Seven carry new-location flags: Arnold, Clayton, Ellisville, Kansas City's Westport district, Mindenmines, St. Charles and St. Clair. Stateline stores work Caruthersville, Eagleville and Joplin. Missouri's market mixes chains like Good Day Farm with single-city operators such as Vertical Cannabis in St. Joseph.
Mississippi was part of the 2023 launch story, and the 2026 roster lists no Mississippi storefronts.
