incredibles is the chocolate-first edibles brand four founders started in 2010, the one that put milligram servings into the mold itself. Green Thumb Industries acquired it and carried it across state lines. The trademark and recipes now belong to RYTHM, Inc., the Nasdaq-listed company formerly called Agrify, and Green Thumb makes and distributes the products under license.
The paperwork got simpler in 2026. On April 1, 2026, the two companies swapped revenue-based fees for a fixed $70 million a year covering incredibles and six sister brands.
Grandma Noni and the credible edible
Josh Fink, Derek Cumings, Rick Scarpello and Bob Eschino are the founders the brand names on its own story page. That story starts with "special cookies" baked for Grandma Noni. Her verdict on those cookies was all the encouragement the group needed.
The early problem was consistency. incredibles says its founders solved for product homogeneity and used a unique chocolate mold to mark each milligram serving on the bar. The company calls them "dose transparency pioneers," and Green Thumb's press releases call the brand the "credible edible." Products are lab-tested and certified by third parties, according to the brand.

The shelf of hardware runs more than a decade. The brand's story page lists these honors and features:

From Green Thumb to RYTHM
Ben Kovler founded Green Thumb Industries in 2014, and the company runs from Chicago. It acquired incredibles and ran it beside RYTHM, Dogwalkers and Beboe. In an April 2026 release, Green Thumb said it had grown and scaled these brands for more than a decade.
incredibles moved first. On May 20, 2025, Agrify Corporation bought the incredibles intellectual property from a Green Thumb subsidiary for $5,075,000 in cash and licensed it straight back to Green Thumb's GTI Core. On August 27, 2025, Agrify added a $50 million portfolio covering RYTHM, Dogwalkers, Beboe, &Shine, Doctor Solomon's and Good Green, licensed back to Green Thumb to manufacture and distribute.
Agrify renamed itself RYTHM, Inc. and began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market as RYM on September 2, 2025. Kovler serves as chairman and interim chief executive. Cannabis Business Times covered the $50 million deal on August 28, 2025.
The April 1, 2026 amendment moved Green Thumb from revenue-based fees to a fixed annual cash fee of $70 million. The fee rises each year by two times a Consumer Price Index-based escalator. Kovler said the amendments provide "predictable, long-term revenue."
Magnolia Bakery in chocolate bar form
In 2023 the brand took on a New York bakery partner. On November 1, 2023, incredibles and Magnolia Bakery launched two chocolate bars at RISE Dispensaries in Illinois, Nevada and Massachusetts. The Swirled Famous Banana Pudding Bar carried 10mg of THC per piece and 100mg per bar. The Red Velvet Piece Ahhh Cake 1:1 Bar paired 10mg of THC with 10mg of CBD per piece.
Dominic O'Brien, Green Thumb's senior vice president of revenue, fronted the launch for the cannabis side. Sara Gramling, Magnolia Bakery's vice president of PR and partnerships, called incredibles "a perfect partner" for the bakery's move into cannabis edibles.
The bars came home on October 21, 2024, landing at RISE in New York with New Jersey next in line. The same release announced a Farm Bill compliant version for online sale to adults 21 and up in 21 states, from Alabama to Wyoming. Eli Weiner, senior brand manager at incredibles, said the move into Magnolia's home market "felt like a natural next step."
The 2026 online shop
iloveincredibles.com sells the hemp-derived line direct: gummies, chocolates, bundles and merch. The Banana Pudding Magnolia Bakery THC Chocolate Bar is still on it at 10mg of hemp-derived THC per chocolate, next to the Mile High Mint bar. The store footer reads incredibles 2026, and its legal pages point to Green Thumb.
The catalog kept filling in through 2026. Sour Apple Pucker, Sour Tangahhhrine and Sour Cherry Tart were added on January 28, 2026, followed by Grape Exxxpectations, Mon Cherry and the Might-E Dose gummies on February 19. Vape pens including Strahhhberry and Summer Peach arrived on March 2, and Strawberry Crunch Bites on March 5.
Peanut Buddah Cups, made with hemp-derived THC and CBG, published on April 7, 2026. The Catch of the Day bundle followed on June 4, and the Most Wanted Pack on August 5. A merch drop landed on August 6, 2026, with Baked chenille crewnecks, a Baked hat, a Stay Fruity hat and Indica Icon and Sativa Diva pieces.
Where incredibles stands in 2026
Green Thumb lists incredibles on its homepage, updated August 4, 2026, beside RYTHM, Dogwalkers, Beboe, Good Green, Doctor Solomon's and &Shine. RYTHM, Inc. lists incredibles among its own THC brands with RYTHM, Señorita, Beboe and Dogwalkers, and reported second-quarter 2026 results on August 4, 2026.
