ROVE is a California cannabis brand centred on vaporizers and full-spectrum extracts, with infused pre-rolls and device hardware alongside them. It was founded in Costa Mesa in 2016 by Phil Hon and Jo Jacobson, who had been working together at a vape company, with Paul Jacobson joining from a finance background as an investor. ROVE marked its tenth year in 2026 while publishing new guides to the vape and infused-pre-roll ranges. Diamond Series uses proprietary pods, Premier Classics uses 510-thread cartridges, and the live-resin and solventless-rosin products use different extracts.
