Miss USA × Fatso is a live rosin from Punch Extracts, pressed from a cross of DNA Genetics' Miss USA and Cannarado Genetics' Fatso. Punch makes it without solvents, washing fresh-frozen flower into hash and pressing that hash into rosin.
The jar puts two very different breeding houses together: an Amsterdam-born genetics company known for concentrate-friendly yields, and the breeder behind a GMO Cookies and Legend OG cross.
How Punch presses its live rosin
Punch Extracts is the sister concentrate brand of Punch Edibles, the California company that built its PunchBar chocolate around the 2013 edibles market and now sells in hundreds of dispensaries statewide. The rosin line carries a no-cutting-agents, no-additives promise and comes in four tiers.
The process starts with fresh-frozen flower rather than cured bud. Punch washes it into hash with ultra-purified ice and water, then presses the hash through fine mesh. Production runs in a climate-controlled room, and the company frames the fresh-frozen approach as a way to hold on to terpenes.
Finished rosin ships in two styles: fresh press or cold cure batter. Miss USA × Fatso appears on California delivery menus as a Punch 1g Cold Cure Live Rosin, listed as a hybrid at $65 through a Mira Mesa service in San Diego.
Miss USA, DNA Genetics' concentrate plant
Miss USA is a DNA Genetics cross of Kosher Kush and Strawberry Banana, two Cannabis Cup-winning parents. DNA calls it indica-dominant and highlights its high yields and substantial returns for concentrates. Leafly describes pale green buds heavily coated in trichomes, a trait that makes the plant popular with extractors.
In May 2020, DNA Genetics renamed the strain Miss DNA to end confusion with the trademarked Miss USA pageant. Chief Cannabis Officer Don Morris said the plant itself did not change. DNA was founded in Amsterdam in 2004 by Morris and Aaron Yarkoni, and its genetics have won more than 200 awards.
Fatso and the GMO Cookies line
Fatso comes from Cannarado Genetics, bred from GMO Cookies and Legend OG. Seedfinder lists it as a mostly indica hybrid with a 60–80 day flowering window and total cannabinoids around 28–30%.
GMO Cookies is itself a cross of Chem D and Forum GSC, putting Chemdog and Girl Scout Cookies genetics into Fatso's background. Legend OG traces back to OG Kush on the other side. Seedfinder describes a diesel-and-hash profile and a deeply relaxing, evening-leaning high.

Pairing Miss USA with Fatso joins a Kosher Kush and Strawberry Banana plant known for concentrate returns to a GMO Cookies and Legend OG heavyweight. DNA pitched Miss USA on its concentrate returns, and Fatso adds a Chem D, Cookies and OG Kush background.
Punch's fresh-frozen, ice-water process means that resin is all the jar carries. No hydrocarbon solvent touches the plant, and no cutting agents go in after the press. What reaches the shelf is the hash from Miss USA × Fatso, pressed and cured into batter.
