CHAMPS Trade Shows brings its business-to-business counterculture marketplace to the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale from Tuesday, November 17 through Thursday, November 19, 2026. Exhibitors fill the floor for smoke shop, vape shop and dispensary buyers who want to meet suppliers face to face and place orders ahead of the holiday season.
Show hours
The floor is open 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 11:00 AM to 4:20 PM on Thursday. The first two days give buyers the full run of the hall; Thursday's shorter window is the time to circle back to the booths you flagged and close out deals before the show wraps.
Who can attend
CHAMPS is free for approved buyers but closed to the general public. Admission is limited to qualified owners and buyers from smoke shops, vape shops, dispensaries, adult stores, convenience stores, CBD wellness shops, gas stations, licensed cultivation, hydro stores, tattoo shops and clothing stores. Up to four people per company get in free; each additional guest is $50.
Register ahead through the CHAMPS buyer portal and bring two forms of business ID. At least one must be a reseller's license, seller's permit, business license, tax ID or state tax certificate, tobacco license or permit, or articles of operation. Approval carries across every CHAMPS show, but you still register for each stop, and pre-registered buyers get a QR code by email to pick up their badge on arrival.
Age, ID and house rules
Everyone on the floor must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID, and no children or infants are admitted. Badges are non-transferable, and sharing or duplicating one gets it revoked for good.
House rules are strict. There is no smoking, vaping or consumption of any product inside the venue, and no unauthorized sampling. Bags are subject to search, weapons and pets are not allowed apart from lawful service animals, and commercial photos or video of booths need consent. Buyers carry the responsibility for making sure anything they source is legal where they sell it.
Getting there and where to stay
The convention center sits at 1950 Eisenhower Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. The official hotel deal is at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, 1881 SE 17th Street, with standard rooms at $209 and upgraded rooms at $249 a night plus 13% room tax and a $15 nightly resort fee. Book by October 19, and only through the CHAMPS travel link.
For Southeast shop owners, this is the CHAMPS stop that skips the cross-country flight. Walk the whole floor once before committing budget, book exhibitor meetings early, and use Thursday's 4:20 close to lock in the deals you have been circling.
