IgniteIt's Cannabis Capital Conference heads to South Florida from Wednesday, March 24 through Friday, March 26, 2027, at the Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida. Branded as the Miami edition, it runs 7:00 AM–8:00 PM each day and bills itself as the place where deals get done.
IgniteIt calls it the leading cannabis B2B and investor conference in North America, built for operators, investors and service providers who want to raise capital, close deals and find partners.
What the conference is
The Cannabis Capital Conference is a dealmaking event more than a trade show. The organizer describes it as the destination to raise capital, close deals and find the right partners, and it expects more than 120 thought leaders and 2,000 attendees in Hollywood.
The conversations happen between the people who build cannabis companies and the people who fund them. If you're raising, acquiring, refinancing or hunting for a strategic partner, three long days at one resort leave room for the meetings that never fit into a single afternoon. The event's own motto sums up the format: discover, connect, win.
Who's behind it
IgniteIt is the cannabis media and events company formerly known as Benzinga Cannabis. After almost a decade under the Benzinga name, it relaunched as an independent company in August 2025, keeping the Cannabis Daily newsletter, the Cannabis Market Spotlight event series and the Cannabis Capital Conference.
The company is led by chairman Jason Raznick, CEO Patrick Lane, president and chief revenue officer Elliot Lane, and co-founder Javier Hasse.
Along with its conferences, IgniteIt publishes cannabis market news and analysis aimed at investors and operators. Across its event series, the organizer counts more than 50 events in more than five cities, 10,000 attendees and over 100 sponsors.
Program
The official event site lists the 2027 agenda as coming soon, so sessions and speakers haven't been announced yet. With published hours of 7:00 AM–8:00 PM each day, plan on full days on site and book travel around them.
Tickets
Registration is open through the official event site, with three ticket tiers:
- General Admission: $397
- VIP: $597
- License Holder VIP: $197
The License Holder tier puts VIP access at about a third of the standard VIP price for cannabis license holders. The registration form includes a discount code field.
The venue
The Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort sits at 3555 S Ocean Dr in Hollywood, on the beach between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. IgniteIt describes the reimagined resort as carrying a modern beach club spirit, with new spaces, refreshed dining and uninterrupted ocean views.
An attendee hotel room block is available through the official event site. With the sessions and the rooms under one roof, the networking doesn't have to stop when the panels do.
