Slightly Stoopid opens its Cali Road Trippin 2026 run at Vina Robles Amphitheatre in Paso Robles on Thursday, October 8, 2026. It's the first of three California dates this October and the only Central Coast stop, an open-air wine-country night for anyone who has worn out a Slightly Stoopid record on a drive up the 101. The Elovaters and DENM open.
Doors open at 6:00 PM and the show starts at 7:00 PM. Vina Robles Amphitheatre sits at 3800 Mill Road in Paso Robles, and parking is free, opening one hour before gates. A limited number of Preferred Parking spaces are sold for each show if you want a quicker exit at the end of the night.
San Diego's Miles Doughty and Kyle McDonald started Slightly Stoopid in high school, and Sublime's Bradley Nowell signed them to his Skunk Records label ahead of their 1996 debut. Three decades later, the band still folds reggae, rock, blues, hip-hop, funk and punk into one loose, bass-heavy groove, and a 10th studio album is on the way.
This fall run follows the band's Road Trippin summer tour, and the openers came along for the ride. The Elovaters and DENM, both Road Trippin tourmates earlier this year, handle support in Paso Robles, keeping the night in the same easygoing roots-and-reggae lane from the first set to the last.
Tickets are on sale through Vina Robles Amphitheatre and Ticketmaster. Everyone 3 and older needs a ticket; children 2 and under get in free but must stay on a parent's lap for the show. Lawn seating covers three grass sections at the top of the bowl and is general admission, first come, first served, so lawn ticket holders should arrive near doors.
Normal-size purses and bags are fine, but oversized bags and backpacks are not allowed, and every bag is searched at entry. Evenings in Paso Robles cool off quickly in October, so a layer and a blanket for the lawn go a long way.
Slightly Stoopid's crowd has long overlapped with California cannabis culture, but this is a concert, not a consumption event. Follow the venue's rules, keep it 21+, save the session for a private spot where it's legal, and line up a sober ride home.
