How it works
Pull on the Horn Torus and the incycler sends water circling through the torus chamber in a vortex. The water breaks the vapor into bubbles and cools it on the way to the mouthpiece, then drains back down to run the loop again. Calibear pitches it as a consistent, splash-free pull.
At seven inches the vapor path stays short. That keeps the piece dense and low to the table, and it means less glass to heat-cycle and less water to push through than a tall stacked-perc rig.
The build
The body is heavy-duty borosilicate on a stable base, with a reinforced 14.5mm female joint that takes a standard quartz banger. The external claw-like horns give the piece its name and double as a grip point when you move it.
An encased opal sits in the glass as the finishing detail. It catches the light as you turn the rig, which is a big part of why Calibear pieces end up on display rather than in a cabinet.
