The Diamond Glass Icon Baggins is a 7-inch bell-shaped bong made in the USA from borosilicate glass. It runs a bent mouthpiece and a fixed diffuser downstem, and it ships with a 14mm male glass herb slide already in the box. Graphics on the body, a matching coloured rim, and a $49 price.
What the shape is for
A bell base is the short answer to stability. Widening the bottom drops the centre of gravity without adding height, which is what lets a 7-inch piece sit safely on a crowded table where a straight tube of the same size would be a liability.
The bent mouthpiece does the other half of the work. Angling the neck away from vertical keeps water where it belongs when the piece gets tipped or lifted mid-pull, and it means you are not leaning directly over the bowl to use it.
The downstem is fixed, and that is a trade
The diffuser downstem on the Baggins is built in rather than removable. That removes the most common failure point on cheap glass, because a downstem that cannot be pulled out is a downstem that cannot be snapped in a drawer or seated crooked into a joint.
What you give up is separate soaking. Cleaning is an in-place job with isopropyl and salt, and it is easier to stay ahead of than to catch up on. On a piece this size that is a minor cost.
Made in the USA at $49
Domestic glass at this price is genuinely unusual. The $49 shelf is normally overseas production, and the specification that gets cut to reach it is wall thickness. Diamond Glass blows the Icon line in the States and still lands on the same number.
The included 14mm male herb slide matters more than it sounds like it should, because 14mm is the most widely stocked joint size in American glass. The bowl in the box works on day one, and every replacement, ash catcher or adapter you will ever want to buy for it is already on the shelf at any shop.

Colourways ship at random
The Baggins is sold in assorted colours and you do not choose which one arrives. The body graphics and the rim colour change between units; the glass and the geometry do not. If a specific colour matters to you, this is the wrong purchase.
At the same money, DankStop's Raked Beaker is the beaker-shaped alternative and Glasscity's Coloured Straight Tube is the straight-tube one. For a smaller travel piece, Hemper's Mini Beaker drops under five inches.
