Peak vs. Peak Pro 3DXL: which one do you need?
The obvious question with the standard Peak is why not just buy the Pro. The Peak Pro 3DXL runs a larger 3DXL Chamber, adds Puffco Connect app customization of its four heat profiles, charges wirelessly on a Qi pad, and costs $450. The standard Peak gives you the same fundamental experience: flameless heating, water filtration, the 3D Chamber and four presets, without the app layer or the higher price.
If you want to fine-tune every session on your phone, the Pro earns its premium. If you want to load, tap a preset and take a clean hit, the standard Peak does the job for $200 less. For a lot of people, the presets land where they would have dialed in anyway.
The Peak is the pick for the dabber who wants Puffco's ease without the Pro-tier price: a first e-rig, or a clean at-home unit for someone who is over the torch entirely. The preset-based heating makes it beginner-friendly, while the 3D Chamber and real-time temp control give it enough range to keep experienced users happy.
