Where It Comes From
Alien Labs is the California brand Ted Lidie founded in March 2014, riding the same wave of branded, cultivar-driven cannabis that made Cookies a household name.
Sherbacio isn't an original genetic line so much as Alien Labs' own read on a family that already ran the table: both of its parent strains trace back to Mario "Sherbinski" Guzman, who bred Sherbert (Girl Scout Cookies x Pink Panties) out of a Sunset District garage in 2012 and followed it two years later with the Gelato line that eventually built the Sherbinskis brand.
Alien Labs took two branches off that same tree and grafted them back together.
The Cross
The cross is Sunset Sherbert x Gelato #41, with Gelato #41 better known at retail as Bacio Gelato — one of the numbered phenotypes pulled from the original Gelato line, itself a cross of Sunset Sherbert and Thin Mint Cookies. That makes Sherbacio a Sherbert parent crossed with a Sherbert-descended Gelato selection, so the genetics lean hard into Girl Scout Cookies on both sides, with Pink Panties a generation back.
Alien Labs has never released Sherbacio as seed, which is why it shows up almost exclusively as brand-grown flower rather than something you'd find at a seed bank.
Sherbacio runs as a balanced, roughly 50-50 hybrid, with caryophyllene, limonene, and humulene showing up most in tested batches. Buds run dense, with deep purple and bright green tones under a heavy coat of trichomes.
