Dr. Norm's is a family-owned Los Angeles cannabis edibles company founded in 2017 by siblings Jeff Koz and Roberta Wilson. The idea surfaced in a branding meeting when Roberta Wilson suggested making cannabis cookies and Jeff Koz took the suggestion seriously. Wilson had previously run Audrey's Cookies, a conventional bakery business named for their mother; Koz had run a music production company.
