Halo houses seven brands: Aunt Ellie's baked goods, Cannabliss RSO-infused syrups, Canna Confections candies and confectionery, Chronic Health tinctures and topicals, Kahuna Ice Pops, Pure & Simple juices and Canine CBD Therapy. Across them the catalog covers gummies, brownies, cookies, chocolates, caramels, syrups, ice pops, beverages, tinctures, topicals and ointments.
RSO and infusion process
Many of Halo's edibles are built on a high-terpene, full-spectrum RSO-style extract produced from whole cannabis or hemp through ethanol extraction. The concentrate is mixed into the ingredients before cooking rather than sprayed onto finished candy, which the company presents as its route to consistency across a batch. White-label work is offered on either RSO or distillate.
The Tucson kitchen
In February 2023 Halo announced a $2.5 million build of a 7,000-square-foot manufacturing space in Tucson with seven separate production lines plus refrigerated storage and distribution areas. Stein tied the move to selling the company's dispensary licences: "Selling the licenses enabled us to focus on our first true love — infused products."
White label and private label
The kitchen runs white label, white label plus and private label programs for gummies, brownies, cookies, tinctures, topicals, chocolates and caramels, priced on a cost-of-goods-plus-20-percent model. Bell described the programs as a way for smaller operators and out-of-state brands to reach Arizona shelves without building their own manufacturing.
