Happy Fruit makes live rosin gummies with real fruit purée. The brand was founded in 2022 with roots in Denver, Colorado and Newport Beach, California, and it runs two lines: THC gummies in licensed California dispensaries and hemp-derived gummies sold direct from its own site.
The dispensary side holds the hardware. Moon Berry, a THC and CBN gummy, took second place at the High Times Cannabis Cup SoCal in 2023, and in August 2026 it was still the brand's top seller in Headset's data.
Rosin instead of distillate
Happy Fruit builds its gummies on live rosin. The company defines it as a solventless concentrate made by pressing fresh-frozen cannabis flower or hash with only heat and pressure. Evergreen, a Santa Ana delivery service, frames the difference in one line: the gummies use “solventless extract rather than the distillate that fills the majority of gummies.”
The homepage pairs that rosin with real fruit purée. For the online hemp line, the company says its rosin comes from pressing fresh-frozen hemp flower, and it lists those products at 0.3% delta-9 THC or less, as the 2018 Farm Bill requires.
The California dispensary lineup
In California, every pack holds five gummies and 100mg of THC, or 20mg a piece. Three are straight THC: Peach Paradise, Berry Cool and Watermelon Lemonade. The rest pair THC with a second or third cannabinoid:
- Moon Berry: THC and CBN at 2:1, with 50mg of CBN.
- Strawberry Limeade: THC and THCV at 2:1.
- Sublime Lemon Lime: THC and CBD at 1:2, with 200mg of CBD.
- Peaceful Pineapple: THC, CBD and CBG at 1:1:1.
- A raspberry hybrid pack: THC, CBG and CBC at 1:1:1.
Haven's Orange County menu listed the straight-THC packs at $17.99 and the paired packs at $21.99 on September 21, 2026, alongside single-gummy formats at $14.99. Haven's Fresno store stocked the same lineup that day, Moon Berry included.
Moon Berry's 2023 High Times finish
High Times published the Cannabis Cup SoCal: People's Choice Edition 2023 results on July 25, 2023. Happy Fruit's Moon Berry Rosin Gummies placed second in Edibles: Gummies & Fruit Chews. Paradise Club's Strawberry Sunshine Gummies won the category, and Marmas took third with its Georgia Peach Indica Fruit Bites.

The direct store sells hemp-derived gummies online, and the site sends California customers to Weedmaps for the licensed products. The online lineup includes Mellow Mango at $29.99, Cherry Lifted Limeade, Blueberry Dream and Peaceful Pineapple at $34.99, and Strawberry Lifted Lemonade at $39.99.
The site sells single bags and discounted bundles of three, five and ten, and it lists 12 states where it does not ship its delta-8 products.
Happy Fruit publishes a full-panel lab report for each online product. Mellow Mango carries a report dated August 14, 2026, and a second product has one dated August 4, 2026. The other five reports date to June 16, 2025.
The brand's blog runs cannabinoid explainers, including an October 8, 2025 post on CBNO, a lesser-known cannabinoid.
125 dispensaries on Headset's August 2026 map
Headset tracked Happy Fruit in 125 licensed dispensaries in August 2026, 122 in California and the rest in Oklahoma. Its deepest coverage ran through Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, Fresno and La Mesa. The brand ranked No. 28 in California edibles, down from No. 23 a year earlier, after peaking at No. 18 in February 2025.
Sales fell 33.5% year over year at an average price of $12.50 across 33 SKUs. Moon Berry's THC:CBN 2:1 five-pack led the list, followed by the Peaceful Pineapple 1:1:1 five-pack and a Cherry Lifted Limeade ten-pack.
