Kingpen and Kingroll
Kingpen's history page says the vape and Kingroll pre-roll brands launched in 2014 to deliver potent, strain-specific products. The 2022 Harborside transaction
Harborside completed its acquisition of LPF JV Corporation, identified as Loudpack, on April 4, 2022. The transaction included shares, warrants, debt restructuring and cash, and was part of the combination intended to become StateHouse Holdings alongside Harborside, Urbn Leaf and Sublime. That filing establishes the acquisition at that date; it does not by itself prove who controls the brand today.
Current status and research limits.
