Loudpack is a California cannabis producer and brand platform spanning flower, vape cartridges, infused pre-rolls and edibles. The company cultivates, manufactures and distributes, so it supplies the growing, extraction, packaging and distribution infrastructure behind a set of consumer labels rather than operating as a single flower brand.
The brand portfolio
Six labels sit under the Loudpack roof. Loudpack is the flagship flower line and Dime Bag occupies the value-flower lane. Kingpen makes strain-specific vape cartridges, including a live resin cartridge with no distillate. Kingroll makes pre-rolls infused with Kingpen oil and coated in kief. Fuzzies makes kief-coated infused pre-rolls of its own. Smokiez makes fruit chews.
Kingpen and Kingroll
Kingpen and Kingroll both launched in California in 2014, built around potent strain-specific vapes and infused pre-rolls. Kingpen's oil is triple-refined and blended back with strain-specific terpenes; Kingroll pairs whole-flower cannabis with that oil and kief.
Recognition
Kingpen's High Times competition record runs to first place in Vape Pens for Cali-O in 2016, first and second place in Vape Pens for Gelato in 2017, first place for Skywalker OG in 2019 and first place for Original Zookies in 2021. Kingroll took second place in Pre Rolls for Cannalope AK x Cannalope Kush and third for Do Si Do x Cannalope Kush, both in 2021.
Production
Loudpack Farms sits in Greenfield, in California's Salinas Valley, on a purpose-built site of eight greenhouses with a manufacturing lab where extraction, packaging and distribution all happen on the property. The company publishes California manufacturing license CDPH-10002329.
Flower shoppers can compare cultivar, harvest or package date and net weight. Vape buyers should distinguish live resin from refined-oil formulations and match a cartridge to compatible hardware. Infused pre-roll and edible buyers should compare total package cannabinoids, unit count and ingredients. Competition medals belong to the named products and event years; they do not turn every later batch into the same award-winning entry.
Origins and ownership
Harborside completed its acquisition of LPF JV Corporation, the Loudpack entity, on April 4, 2022, in a deal combining shares, warrants, debt restructuring and cash. Loudpack then became part of StateHouse Holdings, the operator formed from Harborside, Urbn Leaf and Sublime. StateHouse entered receivership in the United States in October 2024 and its Canadian parent filed for bankruptcy in Canada the same month, and the Loudpack brands were included in the portfolio marketed for sale through that receivership.
Loudpack's product catalog and retailer locator remain active for California. The 2022 StateHouse transaction explains how the brands entered that portfolio, while the 2024 receivership changed the corporate context. Post-receivership ownership has not been publicly identified, so StateHouse ownership belongs to the brand's 2022-2024 history rather than its present identity.
Products
The labels target different formats and price positions. Loudpack and Dime Bag cover flower, Kingpen covers cartridges, Kingroll and Fuzzies cover infused pre-rolls, and Smokiez covers edibles. Products from those lines can share distribution infrastructure without sharing formulation. A vape, flower pouch, coated pre-roll and fruit chew each carries its own ingredients, potency, serving information and storage needs.
Culture and collaborations
The Greenfield campus links greenhouse cultivation with manufacturing, packaging and distribution. Loudpack Legacy adds material from California cultivation partners rather than representing another greenhouse at the main site. Partner attribution, cultivar and production license should be read from the finished package, especially when the same brand family sells both house-grown and partner-sourced releases.
Where it operates
The product finder directs adults to licensed California retailers. It does not guarantee that a particular strain, flavor or package size remains in stock, because shops control their menus and orders. Regulated items stay within California's licensed chain and are not mailed as ordinary interstate ecommerce goods. The store menu and label together establish the product being sold.
