Beyond Blueberry is a live resin badder from Wonderbrett, the Long Beach cannabis brand Brett Feldman co-founded in 1998. The plant behind it came from a pheno hunt through a Cannarado Sundae Driver seed pack, and Wonderbrett grows it as flower as well as running it for extract.
The badder earned strong marks early. A 2020 Dab Connection review measured it at 70.92% THC and 85.39% total cannabinoids, and scored it 9.6 out of 10 with no cons listed.
Wonderbrett, from OG Kush to Long Beach
Wonderbrett traces its roots to an OG Kush cut gifted to Brett in 1997. That plant became a fixture of late-1990s hip-hop. Its motto is flavor over everything, with every strain chosen to deliver something hard to find elsewhere.
Production runs out of a Long Beach facility that Wonderbrett calls one of the largest in North America. The site uses custom irrigation systems built for small-batch premium flower. In summer 2025, the brand expanded to New Jersey, bringing its California genetics to the East Coast.
The catalog around Beyond Blueberry leans on dessert and fruit profiles. Pink Picasso crosses Candyland with OZK X, and the brand also grows it for flower.
A Sundae Driver selection from a Cannarado pack
Beyond Blueberry is a selected plant, not a new two-parent cross. Leafly lists the flower as an indica-dominant hybrid that came out of a pheno hunt through a Cannarado Sundae Driver seed pack.
Sundae Driver itself crosses Fruity Pebbles OG with Grape Pie. Leafly describes light green and purple buds drenched in trichomes, with dense structure and orange pistils. Leafly lists Sundae Driver flower at 22% THC, and users most often call it relaxed, giggly and happy. The strain has also produced Devil Driver and Cherry On Top.
The Grape Pie side runs through the rest of the Wonderbrett catalog, too. Grapes of Wrath crosses Grape Pie with Jet Fuel Gelato, giving the brand two cultivars that share that parent.
Pale, yogurt-smooth badder
In its live resin badder form, Beyond Blueberry comes out pale yellow. Ben Chu, a Los Angeles photographer who reviewed it for Dab Connection in October 2020, compared the look to rice pudding and the consistency to yogurt.
The same 2020 test showed pinene as the dominant terpene, followed by caryophyllene, ocimene and linalool. The flavor matched the name, with blueberry, blackberry and boysenberry up front and a gassy finish.
The review placed it in company with other California heavyweights. Chu compared it to Heavy Hitters Banana Pie, Terp Hogz Larry Zlushie and 101 Cannabis Co. Sundae Driver before landing on his 9.6 rating.
Beyond Blueberry 2.0 and Byrd Seed Genetics
Wonderbrett later took the line further under its Byrd Seed Genetics program. Beyond Blueberry 2.0 crosses Blueberry Purps with WiFi OG, and Leafly lists it as an indica-dominant update to Brett's original Beyond Blueberry.
The 2.0 version is a true cross rather than a phenotype selection. Leafly describes it as resinous, colorful and euphoric, pairing the berry character of its Purps parent with the sharper herbal edge of an OG.
