Gummiez is a live hash rosin badder from Society C, the Michigan extraction brand based in Orion Township. Society C sells it as a 1g jar pressed from Gummiez, the Compound Genetics cultivar bred from Jet Fuel Gelato × Peach Ringz.
Society C works across both live resin and live hash rosin, and the brand has picked up two High Times People's Choice Awards. Gummiez sits on the solventless side of that menu, where the input starts as fresh plant material instead of dried flower.
A Michigan badder from live hash rosin
Rosin is a solventless concentrate made with heat and pressure, which pull the trichomes away from the plant matter. Live rosin uses fresh plant material instead of buds that have been dried and cured.
Hash rosin goes a step further. It starts from hash, either dry sift or water hash, rather than whole flower, so less plant matter ends up in the finished oil. The hash is loaded into a nylon mesh bag before heat and pressure are applied. Society C lists Gummiez in that format, labeled Live Hash Rosin Badder, in a single 1g size.
That split between live resin and live hash rosin runs through the whole Society C menu. Gummiez lands on the solventless side, so no hydrocarbon or alcohol solvent is part of the process.
Jet Fuel Gelato brings fuel and Cookies
Jet Fuel Gelato is the first parent. It combines Jet Fuel, a cross of Aspen OG and Sour Diesel, with Gelato, which comes from Sunset Sherbet × Thin Mint Cookies. That puts OG Kush, Sour Diesel and Girl Scout Cookies deep in the family tree, with Northern Lights, Skunk #1 and Haze lines further back still.
Jet Fuel supplies the diesel side of the cross, and Gelato supplies the Cookies side through Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Cookies. Compound Genetics took that fuel-and-dessert parent and paired it with a fruit-named partner to make Gummiez.
Peach Ringz comes from Dying Breed Seeds
The second parent, Peach Ringz, was bred by Dying Breed Seeds. It is a cross of Marionberry, itself Raspberry Kush × Space Queen, and Eddy OG, which is OG Kush × Grape Ape. That side adds berry and grape families on top of the OG backbone Jet Fuel Gelato already carries.
Put together, the plant lands as a sativa-dominant hybrid on Leafly, which lists it at 21% THC with caryophyllene, limonene and humulene as the top terpenes. The flavor runs toward coffee, chestnut and peach, and the effects lean giggly, relaxed and euphoric.
Gummiez keeps showing up as a parent
Gummiez has become breeding stock in its own right. Seedfinder tracks four direct crosses built on it: Cosmic Cotton Candy with Baby Yoda, Peach Slaps with Strawberry StarDawg, White Gummies with White Runtz, and Jokerz Candy with Grape Gas.
