How Punch makes its live rosin
Punch works only in live rosin. The process begins with fresh frozen flower rather than dried and cured buds, which keeps more of the terpenes that fade at room temperature. The frozen plants are washed in ultra purified ice and water to knock the resin glands loose.
That resin is collected and dried into hash. The hash is pressed through a fine mesh bag with heat and pressure, and the oil that comes through is the finished rosin. Punch runs the work in a climate controlled room and describes the result as a full spectrum concentrate.
Because no chemical solvent is used, the only inputs are plant material, ice, water, heat and pressure. That is the core of the solventless category Punch built its extract brand around.
