Who Makes It
Punch Edibles & Extracts operates out of Los Angeles, founded in 2013 and running in California, Oklahoma, and New York. They started in edibles and expanded into craft solventless extraction, grading rosin Tier 1 through 4 and crediting named farm partners such as Luma Farms and Redwood Valley Farms.
The Cross
DNA Genetics bred it in collaboration with Serious Seeds: Crockett's Banana Kush crossed with Strawberry Bubble Gum, the latter a strawberry-expressing phenotype of Serious Seeds' Bubble Gum, with Ghost OG ancestry further back on the Banana Kush side. It's indica-leaning, roughly 70/30 per the breeder, and travels widely as Strawnana. Phenotype variation is real — some selections lead strawberry, others banana, both legitimate expressions of the same cross.
The Cup Run
The record here is extensive and unusually includes solventless categories: 1st in Hash at the 2015 High Times World Cup, 1st and 3rd in Rosin at the 2016 HT Medical, plus indica and hybrid placements across 2016 and 2017. Those belong to the cultivar and its entrants — real placements in real categories, which is why it earns a spot in a rosin catalog.
