Aftershock takes over Discovery Park in Sacramento from October 1–4, 2026 — four days, five stages, and the biggest lineup in the festival's history. This is the West Coast's largest rock and metal gathering, and the 2026 edition stacks it deep: Tool, My Chemical Romance, Limp Bizkit, and Pierce the Veil headline, with more than 140 acts filling out the bill.
The genre net runs wide. Thursday leans emo and hardcore with My Chemical Romance, The Offspring, Sublime, The Used, and Killswitch Engage. Friday is where the crossover crowd shows up — Limp Bizkit up top, plus a hip-hop run of Wu-Tang Clan, Public Enemy, and Cypress Hill sharing the same grounds as $uicideboy$ and Dethklok. Saturday brings Pierce the Veil, A Day To Remember, and BABYMETAL, and Sunday closes with Tool, Queens of the Stone Age, and a set from Danny Elfman.
New for 2026: camping. For the first time, Aftershock adds on-site camping, so the four-day run becomes a full weekend base rather than a daily commute up Highway 50.
