Lucky Leaf Expo brings its cannabis business convention back to the Minneapolis Convention Center on Friday, February 26 and Saturday, February 27, 2027. The show floor is open 10:00 AM–5:00 PM on Friday and 10:00 AM–4:00 PM on Saturday, with a paid Pre-Show Crash Course the day before.
This is a 21+ event, so bring a valid ID. No medical card is needed to attend.
What Lucky Leaf Expo is
Lucky Leaf describes its shows as predominantly business-to-business cannabis conventions, though some consumers do attend. The crowd it expects in Minneapolis spans growers, processors, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, accountants, attorneys, marketers, journalists and executives. The organizer also pitches the Minneapolis show to job seekers and to people who want to break into the industry.
Lucky Leaf has been here before. The organizer says it was one of the first cannabis events in Minnesota, and it calls the North the next cannabis frontier, pointing to the tens of millions of dollars already invested in the state's medical program.
On the floor and on stage
The organizer advertises more than 100 exhibitors and more than 30 educational sessions and live demos across the two days. Speakers come from across the trade: growers, manufacturers, entrepreneurs, financial, legal and medical professionals, branding and technology specialists, logistics people and chefs.
That mix makes the show useful whether you're shopping for a supplier, looking for a lawyer or accountant who knows cannabis, or trying to figure out where you fit in Minnesota's market. An afterparty with a listed sponsor rounds out the program.
Pre-Show Crash Course
On Thursday, February 25, Lucky Leaf runs its Pre-Show Crash Course, a day-long business and entrepreneur workshop sold as a separate $299 early bird ticket. The organizer says it gives in-depth training to help attendees launch or grow a cannabis career, with industry professionals walking through the business from seed to sale.
It's built for people at the starting line: aspiring owners, career changers and anyone who wants the supply chain explained before they walk the floor on Friday.

All ticket sales are final, and Lucky Leaf does not issue refunds. Pick your pass based on how you plan to spend the weekend: expo-only passes cover the exhibit floor, while seminar passes add the education program.
The venue
The Minneapolis Convention Center sits at 1301 2nd Ave S on the south end of downtown Minneapolis. It's late February in Minnesota, so pack a real coat and leave extra travel time.
