Connected Cannabis Co. (Connected International, Inc.) is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to help drive growth in designated California markets, covering the Thousand Oaks/Oxnard area and surrounding cities. The Brand Ambassador supports a range of field activities including product demonstrations, budtender trainings, product seeding, account follow-ups, administrative tasks, store visits, merchandising, and event support. Day to day you will receive and engage in training led by Team Leads or experienced Brand Ambassadors, participate in demos, trainings, events and retail installations, prepare materials and products for shifts, support retail merchandising with promotional items, collaborate with a team of Brand Ambassadors during activations, and help gather post-event reports on stock levels and key insights. The company seeks candidates with 1-2 years of field marketing experience (cannabis preferred), a genuine passion for and understanding of cannabis, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A non-traditional schedule with mandatory evening and weekend work is required, along with reliable transportation, a valid California driver's license, and being 21 or older. This is a temporary contract position with potential for extension based on performance.
